A...We generally process and ship orders within one business day.
Please order early, but no later than December 22nd and select appropriate
shipping to insure Christmas delivery.

about my frame layout?
A...There is an "additional comments" box that appears during
checkout. Please use it to include any special instructions.
Q...Can I preview my layout?
A...You may request that we email the layout to you prior to going to the laser.
To do this, please use the "additional comments" box that appears during
checkout. A layout of your frame will be emailed to you for review.
Please understand however, that by requesting a preview layout that we will
not be able to process your order within one business day.
What makes 1stFrame.com unique is that we allow you to create a
frame layout completely from scratch. Any text, any font, and any clipart
etc.
Q...Does 1stFrame ship Internationally?
A...Our customers come from all over the globe. Our order form
will automatically calculate International shipping charges based on weight
and distance. (It is our policy to charge "actual" shipping only.
We do not mark up shipping costs.)
Q...Can I order by phone?
A...To insure accuracy, we can not take orders by phone.
Q...Will 1stFrame.com ship my
order quickly?
A...You are ordering directly from the manufacturer. We
generally ship within one business day.
Q...Should I
use "all caps" when filling out the order form?
A...No.
Use proper punctuation. Use all caps only when you intend to, for
impact and overall layout effect.
Q...Do I have to use clipart
on the sides of the frame?
A...Clipart is fun
but please make your frame any way you like! You may leave the sides
blank.
Q...Can I have text on the sides of my frame?
A...You bet!
Place text anywhere you like, anywhere on the frame.
For example, you can have clipart on the top and bottom if you like.
Just be sure to make a note inside the comment boxes located on our
order form.
Q...Can I get a discount
for multiple frames?
A...We offer quantity discounts and can accommodate
large corporate orders of more than 20,000 frames. Please

Q...Does my frame come with
glass?
A...Yes, your frame will arrive fully assembled with
glass and easel back with fold down leg for out-of-the-box display.
Q...What if my frames
arrives broken?
A...While extremely rare, it is our policy to replace
at no cost to you, any damaged materials that are a
result of shipping.
Q...What size frame?
A...Sizes
refer to the picture cut-out
dimension (for your photo). The actual "outside" dimension of
the frame is larger to accommodate the engraving. If your special photo is
4 x 6 for example, you will need to order the 4 x 6 frame.
Q...Can I use my own
clip-art or logo?
A...Just

your clip art or logo to 1stFrame. You can
email your artwork to frame@1stframe.com. Be sure to include your order
number.
Q...Can I hand sketch or
type a layout of how I want my frame to look and email it to
1stFrame?
A...We love to see your original ideas. Just fax it to 1-734-854-8551 or scan it and
email
it to us. (Be sure to place the order online and make reference to the
fax or email.) You may also create your layout in your favorite
software and email us the file. The order must still be placed online
however.
Q...Why have I not received a reply to my email?
A...We respond to each email that we receive usually within one business day. If you feel that have not received a timely
response, please adjust your SPAM blocking software, it may be blocking our
reply.
