We generally ship within one business day. When you place an order with 1stFrame.com, you are ordering directly from the manufacturer. We strive to maintain the fastest production turnaround time in the industry. 1stFrame.com will make every effort to ship your personalized gift as quickly as is possible. We do not guarantee delivery times however. Please order your gifts well in advance of the date needed. In the rare event that a replacement is sent, ground shipping is always used. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to missing information, incorrect billing information, etc. We are not responsible for a gift order arriving late for an occasion.

Online photos are not shown actual size, we are not responsible for typographical errors in respect to the description of the items online. We do not warrant against slight color variations of the items photos published on the website.

If your personalized gift is found to be damaged as a result of shipping, we will replace it free of charge. If there is an obvious defect in materials, we will replace it free of charge.  Personalized gifts however, cannot be returned, please be sure that the item you are ordering is what you are wanting including the lettering style. Please double and triple check your spelling. 1stFrame .com is NOT responsible for typographical errors. The personalization information that you provide to 1stFrame.com goes directly to the product after style formatting. If you are not sure about an item, our suggestion is to order 1 item personalized for yourself before ordering multiples. You may also email us with any questions or concerns about the item before you order it customized. All sales are final on personalized gifts.
