When can I expect my order?
We usually ship within
24-hours when orders are placed before 5:00 pm EST weekdays. Orders placed
on weekends are processed the following Monday.
While we can not guarantee shipping dates, orders with expedited
shipping are given priority. You are ordering directly from the
manufacturer and we make every effort to process orders as
fast as possible.
Special Holidays
December and
February are busy months at 1stFrame. We have three shifts working
around the clock during these Holiday seasons to insure timely delivery
of your personalized gift.
Unless you specify otherwise, we prefer to ship via USPS "Priority
Mail", service to your door within two to three days.
You can also specify "next-day" shipping if you're in a real hurry.
